Exchange Conditions

• A product opening video is mandatory.
• If a defect is found, clear photos of the defect must be provided.
• All original accessories, packaging, labels, and tags must be returned.
• The product must be repacked in the original manner.
• A copy of the purchase bill must be included in the return parcel.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after we receive and approve the returned item.
• Exchanges are available only for size issues or genuine manufacturing defects.
• Customers are responsible for courier charges for size exchanges.
• For defective products, exchange shipping charges will be borne by us.
• All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by our exchange team before processing.
